1 (5-pound) beef tenderloin, cut into 1-inch cubes
1 onion, cut into 1-inch pieces
1 bell pepper, cut into 1-inch pieces
1/2 pound large fresh mushrooms
2 yellow squash, sliced
Italian oil and vinegar salad
Alternate beef and vegetables on 8 skewers. Marinate overnight in salad dressing. Grill after draining.

This blend includes spices, herbs and peppers needed to prepare Sheesh Kebabs To prepare Sheesh Kebabs youll need: 2lb minced lamb. 1 large onion chopped. 2in piece ginger chopped. 2 garlic cloves crushed. 1 green chilli chopped. 2 tbsp chopped fresh coriander. 1 beaten egg. 1 tbsp natural yogurt. 1 tbsp oil. 3 TBSP of Kebab Spice Mix. Put all ingredients except the yogurt and oil, into a food processor or blender and process until the mixture binds together. Spoon into a bowl and leave to marinate for 1 hour. Divide the mixture into 8 equal portions with lightly floured hands and mould into sausage shapes, thread onto skewers and chill. Brush the kebabs lightly with the yogurt and oil, and cook under a hot grill for 8-10 mins, turning occasionally, until brown all over.
