1/2 cup cocoa
1/2 cup instant coffee granules
1 cup water
12 packets Equal� sweetener or
3 1/2 teaspoons Equal� for Recipes or 1/2 cup Equal Spoonful�
6 cups fat-free milk
1/2 cup liquid Irish cream coffee creamer

Whisk together first 3 ingredients in a large saucepan until smooth. Bring to a boil over medium heat, whisking constantly; boil whisking constantly, 2 minutes. Remove mixture from heat; add Equal�. Cool slightly.

Whisk in milk and creamer. Cover and chill at least 4 hours or up to 2 days.

Serve over ice.

Hayley proves to be an excellent fit among the beautiful voices, and Lisa seems to emerge as the talent most deserving of attention, but overall the show lacks some of the fresh sparkle of the original. The song list isn't quite as strong, and some of the "primp and pose" choreography is just silly. But Celtic Woman is never less than charming, and at its best can be quite stirring. --David Horiuchi

For Enya fans, there is the sound-alike choral group Anuna, who casts a similarly New Age-style vocal spell. Also thrown into the mix are such disparate folk traditions as American gospel and Spanish flamenco. Though it's only 70 minutes long, Riverdance is repetitive by half. But judging from the ecstatic audience ovations and the continued foot-stomping during and after the curtain calls, too much is still not enough. --Richard Natale

Juicing up the high jinks here are a must-win basketball game and the devotion of a do-gooder gal pal. Luck, produced by the Disney Channel, not only has bright young actors on its side, it's also studded with moments of goofball funniness. Stephens, it must be said, is far too conventionally handsome for the part, but he makes up for it by capturing Rochester's abrasive and mercurial temperament. (Wilson's looks are perfect; at one moment she seems awkward and homely, at another utterly luminous.) Jane Eyre is so often remade because the story is so potent; this production brings all of the novel's juice and passion to the fore, emphasizing the characters' sensual experience while staying true to the restrictions and mores of the period. This is where you can travel to the Western Wall, buy groceries at the local market, visit an Israeli family's house, and even fill your prescription for antibiotics at the local pharmacy. Users choose whether they wish to "play" as a male or female, as Hebrew makes grammatical distinctions between the two genders. You can also choose to either play or observe. If you observe, you are given the aid of subtitles, which feature written phonetic and Hebrew translations and English translations. If you play, you will participate in the conversation without subtitles, and focus on listening rather than reading comprehension. If you wish to repeat a sentence, simply hit the R key in the main menu and you can listen to a dialogue again.

When using the program, it is immediately obvious just how authentically Hebrew the application actually is. Accents are true to life, and conversation is easy to follow and free flowing. One especially cool feature was at the Western Wall, where we were able to click on a brick and read a specific prayer that had been placed on the wall, as is the custom when visiting this site. Small touches like these make the program seem especially genuine.

Speak Hebrew! is not intended for users who wish to write a dissertation in Hebrew or deliver a complicated speech to a fluent audience.
