Skillet Noodle Dinner
1 pound ground chuck
3/4 cup chopped onion
3/4 cup celery, chopped
1 large can tomatoes
1 (8 ounce) package noodles
1 1/2 cups chili sauce or barbecue sauce
Cook beef, onion and celery together in a heavy cast iron skillet until done. Layer the ingredients, then cover with lid and cook on low heat until noodles are done and liquid absorbed - about 20 minutes.
