Chipotle Marinade

1 can chipotle chiles in adobo sauce
1/2 cup lime juice
2 tablespoons lime zest
1/2 cup cider vinegar
5 cloves garlic, peeled
1 cup cilantro
1 tablespoon salt
1 tablespoon black pepper
1 cup olive oil
Place all ingredients in a blender and process until smooth. Pour over your favorite meat (chicken, pork, or beef) and let marinate at least six hours.
