1 jar dried beef
8 ounces cream cheese
1 teaspoon dill
1 teaspoon horseradish
Blend the cheese, dill and horseradish. Cut the beef rounds in half and put a small teaspoon of filling on each half, then roll up. Put a wooden pick through to hold. Refrigerate.

In a second episode on this tape, Old Man Sedgwick has a problem when he discovers a live badger in his pants--and the oddball humor just gets stranger from there. Inspired by the unfortunate badger incident, Red makes an animal trap out of a pair of old trousers and a dryer hose.
