Chocolate Mint Chanukah Gelt
1 (12 ounce) bag semisweet chocolate chips *
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 teaspoon mint extract, or a bit more to taste
* If watched carefully, you can melt the chocolate in a microwave oven.
Place the chips in the top of a double boiler and over simmering water, melt the chips. When they are about halfway melted, add the oil and the extract. Continue to melt the chips, stirring to combine well the chocolate, the oil and the extract.
Remove the mixture from the heat and allow it to cool for about 15 minutes or so, or until the chocolate has started to thicken just a bit.
Place a sheet of parchment paper on a sheet tray, and using a soup spoon, pour coin shaped discs onto the parchment paper. Use all of the chocolate to make "coins."
Allow the coins to harden and then peel them off the paper and enjoy.
NOTE: try other flavors such as almond and vanilla as well.
Makes about 3 dozen.

The 3D Ultra Pinball: Thrillride table is based upon the famousamusement park in Hershey, Pennsylvania. It consists of two zones (the Thrill Zone and Fun Zone), five permanent rides (Wildcast, Coal Cracker, Wave Swinger, SooperDooperLooper, and Ferris Wheel) and the Chocolate World snack shop. In order toride the five Thrill Zone rides, you must first open the Thrill Zone. The five rides alternative sequentially so that you never get the same one twice. 3D Ultra Pinball: Thrill Ride is a fun-filled pinball arcade romp through a fancifulamusement park that the whole family can enjoy! The Coal Cracker
Hitting the Coal Cracker normally scores 25,000 points. Any ball that hits a boat is locked. Hit the boatstwo more times and you start the Coal Cracker Multiball event, one of the two multiball events needed in order to get the final Lights Out challenge.
The Wave Swinger
Hit the ball up the ramp to earn 25,000 points.
The Ferris Wheel
Hitting the ball up the Ferris Wheel normally scores 10,000 points. The Ferris Wheel also awards random bonuses called Brass Rings for repeated hits.
