Salted Nut Roll Bars
Using colored marshmallows makes this a wonderful Easter candy treat!
1 (16 ounce) jar dry roasted peanuts
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 (12 ounce) package peanut butter chips
3 tablespoons butter
1 (10 ounce) package colored miniature marshmallows
Put half of the peanuts on bottom of a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
In a saucepan, melt sweetened condensed milk, peanut butter chips and butter; stir in marshmallows, but do not melt, pour over the nuts and spread out evenly; top with remaining nuts. Let bars cool before cutting.

Sun-kissed house grooves are once again the order of the day on Those Things, the second solo album from Bay Area DJ/producer Miguel Migs. In contrast to 2002's Colorful You, however, this go-round has Migs taking his blissed-out beats in a more organic direction by throwing a variety of live instruments into the mix. The Recca family is not a stranger to quality, flavor and tradition. These Recca Anchovies from Sicily are are whole salted fillets packed in salt and a touch of brine. It is also important to note that these anchovies do require some extra work to remove the backbone and tail, but the extra work and time to soak these de-boned anchovies in cold water for 15-20 minutes before using, yields a flavor out of this world and we have actually found they are less salty than the oil packed anchovies. We recommend that once the can is opened, to keep the remainder of anchovies and salt in an airtight container in the refrigerator where they will keep indefinitely.
